Luis Ignacio Diaz del Dedo (1983) was born in Ávila, Spain. He is a Senior Computer Engineer and has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the European University. Graduated with honors he received the award for the best final project of the Polytechnic School in 2008. Luis is also a Master in Integral Management of ICT and Master in Advanced Hardware Software Research. He was a professor in multiple universities and business schools. He is currently the director of Product Hackers whose objective is to strengthen the technological ecosystem in Spain at the highest level. As a result of this objective, his book "Growth Hacking" aims to show the methodology they have developed for years in Product Hackers so that anyone interested can apply it in their company without the need to hire their services.

Waves of Change: AI and the Future of Growth

Imagine something heavy dropping into a calm lake: the surface explodes, and concentric ripples spread out. That initial ripple, the first wave of AI, is hitting product and growth right now. At first glance, many creators, developers and others in the digital industry say, “We’re f****d”. Automation is encroaching on tasks we thought were safe, and competitive moats are thinning. But there are reasons for cautious optimism, and we’ll go deeper into them in this talk. Far from signaling the end of growth, this opening ripple marks the start of a new chapter: an invitation to double down on creativity, choice-design and rigorous testing so Growth becomes more human, not less.
