With 19 years of professional experience, Juanjo Traver is a specialist in strategy and process and pricing modeling, product offering and business development, as well as in financial management and fundraising. In addition, this economist is a serial entrepreneur —Declarando is his fourth company— who enjoys helping others launch their projects; and yes, it may sound exaggerated, but advising freelancers on how to grow their businesses is what makes him get up happy every morning. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Jaume I, a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and an MBA from E&S Business School. He has also completed several courses in data science.

Rachel is the product manager leading Search Experiences at Reddit, scaling search and AI products for millions. She has launched multiple zero-to-one initiatives, led cross-functional teams across frontend and backend products, and drives a more equitable future of tech by building impact and safety focused digital experiences.
Beyond Reddit, Rachel is a recognized leader in tech for social good. She founded digital tech initiatives advancing diversity, accessibility, and mental health, and volunteers as a product manager at Taimaka, where she manages engineers building digital tools that have helped treat over 12,000 children with malnutrition in Nigeria.
Rachel’s work has been featured numerous times in outlets like TechCrunch and The Verge. She has delivered talks to large technical audiences, appeared as a guest on several podcasts, and frequently judges and speaks at hackathons around the world. She also donates 5% of her salary to high-impact charities through One For the World and is committed to using her product skills to build a better future in technology.

Transitioning from an individual contributor role as Principal Product Manager, I bring over 10 years of extensive experience in product management, now leveraging my leadership skills to drive collective success within multiple product teams. In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I continue to uphold my role as a mentor, providing guidance and support to emerging product managers while facilitating seamless coordination between product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
