Grace Miller is the Failure and Experimentation Manager for Steven Bartlett and The Diary of a CEO podcast. With a previous background in marketing and social media in the aviation industry, Grace has been part of Steven's team for the past 2 years, where she started in the role of Social Media and E-Commerce manager and now leads the Experimentation team. Her job is to increase the rate of experimentation within the team and find ways for the company to grow at the fastest rate possible.
